   This is a true developer's solution, and it's very inspirational for my own project. You clearly had to make a foursquare plugin, so you just did it, damn that recursive oauth nightmare (for now at least). Kudos! You brings together Google's API quite well too.

    I got a big issue. well maybe not a big issue but an issue that doesn’t show my location or my check-ins even though the four square RSS is perfectly fine

    Hi there,

    Downloaded the plugin and installed it. Had a problem with my Host finally managed to get the url_allow_fopen issue sorted (I believe) still getting error messages. I am a newbie and have no idea what to do. Some hints are welcome.

    Sorted it myself. needed to move the php.ini to a different directory. So, case closed

    ive got the same problem as James Groom. My RSS is fine only my check-ins doesnt show.
    Do you have any clue.

    Thanks for reporting bug. Just wondering, have you double checked your RSS feed value? I’m also digging into this right now.

    I’ve tripple checked it . I’ll tell you what i’ve done. I’ve installed the app the way i should. And in the settings menu in wordpress i’ve clicked on the link “Get Feed Value”. And on this page ive copied and paste the full RSS link. And when i click on this link i can see all my check-ins.
    So there you go.

    I’m curious if youre gonna find something. Thanks anyway!

    Hi Wesley,
    I guess, I found the problem. Please copy ONLY value for RSS feed, i.e. value after /history/ and before .rss.
    It should look like this: 9LASW9X0DRLVQSDFC0IM51HH4WJWK5Y1
    Plugin will create full RSS feed from that. I hope this will help you.

    This error appears on site when official FourSquare Feed is down. I’ll try to catch this exception in next release so you wont this.
