Hi Friends,

WP Archive-Sitemap Generator plugin generates simple `Archives/Sitemap` based on your blogs posts and pages. This is not another XML sitemap plugin, but rather a nice post sitemap or page sitemap generator. Now user can show total comments count after posts.

Try this out and suggest more options. Report your all bugs here (hope none ;) ).

    I hope that it can display the date.
    and can use <li> list.

    I learn to display the comments number method from this plugins :)
  • What I'd really like would be to organize posts on the sitemap by category. You know - all posts in category X listed alphabetically under the heading 'X' (with a link to the category too, preferably).

    Thanks for the nice plugin. It looks good and works well most of the time, but I'm having the same problem described in Vanessa's report on 11/24.

    Running under 2.9.1 the first page builds fine, but when I try to follow links to a continued sitemap page (either '2' or 'Next'), I end up jumping back to the top of the blog.

    I get this behavior regardless of the number of entries per page (50, 100, ...), and regardless of whether I display oldest or newest entries first. I have about 140 posts at present.

    Can you take a look and see if you can fix this? Thanks in advance!!

  • Thanks jbenni. It seems plugin navigation is conflicting with wordpress "Permalink Settings". Could you please confirm by changing paramlink setting from "Settings -> Permalink Settings"? I'll probably work on this defect soon and will release new version.

    Changing my Permalink (was set to the default value) does seem to have an effect. But that broke my other page links. I had to restore permalinks and re-assert the "Pages" widget to get my page links to work again.

    I think you're on the right track. let me know if you need any specific permalink format. Thanks for checking on this -- I look forward to a fix at your convenience.

    How about the option to only "show all categories" on a page you can name whatever you want it to be... like "All Categories"? No posts and no archives, just categories.
  • I like the plugin. It is the only one I saw with pagination options. How do I remove the target=blank and nofollow tag? Opening a new tab for every link is not necessary for internal links.
  • Hi Jim, are you using which version? I don't see target=_blank problem with latest version?? Check small demo on this page above. Link is opening on same page. Could you please confirm?
  • I found the issue. It is with SEO Smart Links setting the default target and nofollow tags. Once I removed those options, the internal links open in the same window. Unfortunately, so do the external links, but that is an issue with the other plugin. Thanks for following up on this!

    The plugin works great on my live site but I'm having an issue with the plugin when trying to view my site on my localhost/local copy. This is the error it shoots up:

    Fatal error: Interface 'PageLayout' not found in C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\NetBeansProjects\Drum-reviews\wp-content\plugins\wp-archive-sitemap-generator\DoubleBarLayout.php on line 2

    It's saying the PageLayout is missing. That file does show up though in my directory...Pagelayout.php

    You just need to put in your post under HTML section. So, post content looks like this:

    ......post content.....
    ......

    ......
    ......post content.....
    ......
